[amsat-bb] AO-51 testing 2DEC2006

The AO-51 Command Team will be running a short test tomorrow morning between 
the two morning passes of AO-51 over the eastern US. The BBS may be 
inaccessible, and the voice repeater may be off for a portion of the time 
after 1300Z and should be back by 1630Z.
