AMSAT is an official supporter of HPSDR. The Suitsat transponder
project is being partially carried out in HPSDR because the hardware and
software have such widespread applicability.

The HPSDR project is called ODYSSEY and our Ulysses will be Suitsat-2.
Steve Bible, Joe Julicher, Frank Brickle, and I are the Homer's for the
low power, QRP, high performance SDR.
Frank and I are teaching a software defined radio class at TCNJ.

The students are working on various aspects of the SDR for Suitsat 2 as
well as other projects. Lou is the engineering project manager and
Frank Bauer is ARISS chairman.
