Reallocate your COM ports using Windows to a lower port.  It is very easy to
do

Finally got my rotor controller built but find that WispDDE (used with 
both Satscape and Orbitron) will only accept COM1-COM4. Before I try to 
force my Ethernet card off COM3 does anyone know of a means to use 
WispDDE on com-ports above COM4? TIA.
