I think that you have downloaded the wrong file.... DDESAT32 is an
interface program between Wisp and SatPC32.
The upgrade of SatPC32 itself is performed by downloading the "demo"
(English version for North American users, in your case) file
SATPCSETUP_A.ZIP, unzipping it, and then running Setup.exe. It will install
over versions 12.3 and up, but should be installed into a separate folder
for earlier versions. If you are a registered user, it will import your
registration from the prior version.
I upgraded the other night, and it went without a hitch.......
