[amsat-bb] Please can you Help me?

Hi to the list,
I own a PacComm tnc to use at 9600 baud.
I notice a problem always I switch it on.
When I switch it on the leds called:
PWR STA CON
Are permanently on and no communication comes out on the terminal program.
Any help please?
