[amsat-bb] TLE data at celestrak.com

I see that the Celestial bbs has now changed its format without notice
ahead of time.

While the keps still work in Nova OK, it does not work with Uni-track.

So how do I fix it???

I have used the Celestial BBS for years because it was straight text, no
compacting, or fancy stuff that caused problems with Uni-track.

Why the change???
