[amsat-bb] QRP Mode and JOTA

Getting ready for JOTA, I just gave the QRP Mode a try.  The satellite was
difficult to copy on a 66.3 degree pass.  Using my arrow antenna I had to
compensate for deep fades.  Plus, the squelch was open.  Anyone else having
the same experience?
