[amsat-bb] configuring Nova for auto download of Keps

Can some kind Amsat soul assist me in configuring Nova for auto downloads of 
Keps from Celestrak or Space track.

Been having a problem with the auto on-line downloading of Keps and can't 
figure out what the problem is.
