David - G8OQW was kind enough to provide a recording. It sounds to me
like she is calling EP3RS. EP is the prefix for Iran. Makes sense she
would try to work someone in Iran since she was born there.

It's possible, her voice is not clear and it's obvious that she is
unaccustomed to using the radio!
Shame that she is not calling CQ in Europe though - lots of people over
here are waiting for a QSO with her!

According to QRZ.com, that's in Ethiopia!
