[amsat-bb] Re: M-V-7/SOLAR-B/HITSAT launch success!

I heard the CW beacon here in EL98oj from 2244-2246 UTC.  AOS/LOS times
are probably off a little from the actual horizon times since I was
manually searching with the antenna without any keps.
