[amsat-bb] Norms Rotor Repair

In the process of getting the U-110 working (which temporarily seems 
to be the case) Mike KA2AEV sent me a link to a place called "Norms 
Rotor Repair" which I was previously unaware of.  I thought it would 
be good to post it here for posterity. This isn't a commercial 
endorse, just pointing out a potential resource for folks.
