[amsat-bb] Miscopied call

I had an N3 station call me this morng.I wrote down N3PQC in FN21 (PA).  

I either transposed letters or got the whole thing wrong..

 

Could the station please give me the correct call?  I haven't been able to
pick it out from the tape.  Only my third contact.
