Hello Clive,

UO 11 beacon loud and clear in San Diego 23Aug06 from 0150z to 0156 
on a low pass...I use a gain antenna, no pre-amp, and am sure users 
with a good radio could hear it on a handheld antenna.

I would encourage interested satellite users to send you reports to 
Clive.  He has done a yeoman's job of maintaining track and keeping 
us informed on this over 20 year old bird!!
