[amsat-bb] SatPC32 G5500 Flip or 450 deg Turnpoint analysis

Hello,
 
Has anyone any thoughts on what is the best way to go with SATPC32's
options that allows you to select
either an elevation of 0-180 degrees thus enabling Flip Mode, OR
selecting the extended Azimuth option of 0 - 450 degrees.
The latter disables Flip mode though. 
 
I am unsure which choice will give the most benefit for both Leo's and
EME tracking?
