[amsat-bb] James Van Allen pt2

I was in the audience during the 1985 dedication ceremony when the University
of Iowa named the physics building "Van Allen Hall". In his speech he said "I
wish my parents could be here to see this, my mother would have been proud,
and my father would have been astonished".
