[amsat-bb] QSL Cards

I have moved my shack and also had a hard drive failure. I did not have 
a backup of my log for a while either, also I mixed up my sent qsl's and 
unsent qsl's so if you have not received one that was sent to me let me 
know and I'll get one out to you.
