Re: 2W devices for 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz

Look at www.hittite.com for the HMC327, HMC408, HMC409, HMC414, HMC452,
HMC453, HMC454, HMC455, HMC461 and HMC487. Also look at www.macom.com for
the MAAPSS0096, MAAP-00021, MAAMSS0050 and others. Watkins-Johnson
(www.wj.com) also has interesting parts, like the AH202, AH312, ECP103 and
ECP200. Sirenza Microdevices (www.sirenza.com) has a number of new devices,
such as the SZA-2044, SZA-3044, SZA-5044, SZM-2066, SZM-3066, SZP-2026 and
SZP-3026 that cover the 13, 9 and 5 cm amateur bands. Many of these parts
are in 3x3 mm to 5x5 mm leadless packages with 0.5 mm pad spacing but there
are also some devices in leaded SOT89 and SO8 packages.
