[amsat-bb] ISS mixed packet and SSTV?

During the 7/30/2006 16:40 pass of the ISS over the US, I was hearing
packet bursts on the 144.490 downlink.  Mixed in with the packet I could
hear a CWID during one burst and SSTV tones during another burst.
