[amsat-bb] A71AW active via FO-29

Hi, All

Just finished a nice QSO in SSB with A71AW  in LL55RH Qatar
at 14:06 UTC orbit 49141of FO-29
 
Hamad was randomly calling CQ just above the beacon at the 
beginning of the lower part of the pass band 

The QTH of A71AW is Doha and QSL is via W3HNK
