I've receieved a few comments this evening that EaglePedia pages which 
should be available to anyone apparently require a log-in. 

I have just verified this to be the case -- pages which don't require a 
log-in do..

The servers were upgraded today, and it appears that there may be some 
"issues."  I've asked our webmistress to look into this.

Please give us a few days to resolve.
