[amsat-bb] RHCP or LHCP for AO-51, GO-32 ?

Is there some guidance available on what is the
preferred / best compromise  RHCP or LHCP configuration
for both the uplink and downlink  antennas for these two birds.
-- assuming one does not have switching relays and has to make a choice.
