[amsat-bb] Server Upgrades

The AMSAT server will be undergoing an upgrade sometime over the next 
few days.  While we have taken every precaution to make sure any 
outage will be brief, well - nothing is ever perfect.  We will be 
standing by to deal with any problem that comes up - please be patient.
