[amsat-bb] Re: CubeSats KEPS update

Hello--

PICPOT is not a CubeSat being launched with Cal Poly, but it sure looks 
like one. It's 2.5kg and 130mm on a side. It is another secondary 
payload on that same Dnepr launch.
