I was reading the article with great interest but either I never knew
before about a report on GPS results from AO-40

If you read in to the " acknowledgements " and "references" of the
above article you will recognize the name of many well know designers
and builders of AO-40 but in the article they are mentioned without
mentioning their callsign.
It's for a radio-ham-scientist the own callsign becoming an endangered
species.
What a pity !
