There must have been another power spike during the night as the
system had been rebooted at around 01:00am. One of its virtual
servers didn't restart, but doing a stop/start on Apache worked OK.
The temperature has dropped a bit today, but be prepared as it may go
off again.
These temperatures are to hot for me - roll on winter.
The University (where the AMSAT-uk server is based) has a service
notification server on the webfarm which give more information on the
power problems..
http://www.itservices.manchester.ac.uk/serviceinfo
Since the University webfarm is clustered over two sites, and I have
access - I'll be looking into moving the AMSAT-uk webserver there,.
