CubeSat TLEs for 26Jul06 launch



CalPoly has posted initial TLEs for the DNEPR-1 CubeSat launch on 26Jul06 at 19:43:00UT:

(Note that TLEs for P-POD A and P-POD B are the same so expect a change.  Use of any single TLE,
e.g., elements for P-POD C, is reasonable because all CubeSats will be too close to resolve
AOS/TCA/LOS differences for a few days after deployment.)
