No, the TS-2000 *can not* supply voltage on the coax to power preamps.
You must use a sequencer/bias-tee or run a seperate power line to power your preamps. Be absolutely certain that you have the TS-2000 menus set correctly to switch the sequencer or you will fry any preamp that doesn't RF sense. This includes the Icom models. I learned that the hard way.
