[amsat-bb] SEDSAT SO33 9k6 FSK

Hi all,

in preparation for the upcoming CubeSat launch on July 26th, the 
Delfi-C3 groundstation is currently automatically tracking a number of 
satellites with a 9k6 FSK downlink, such as SO-33, which still outputs a 
short FSK burst  every once in a while, below is  a sample of the latest 
received packets:

SEDSAT-1  > TIME-1   :Uptime is 000/22:22:30
SEDSAT-1  > TIME-1   :Uptime is 000/22:23:30
SEDSAT-1  > TIME-1   :Uptime is 000/22:24:30
SEDSAT-1  > TIME-1   :Uptime is 000/22:25:30
SEDSAT-1  > TIME-1   :Uptime is 000/22:26:30
