[amsat-bb] Space Weather Explaned...

Okay, so I've been surfing www.spaceweather.com looking for an
explanation on the data they broadcast and how each piece of information
affects radio waves (particularly HF but SATCOM as well).  I can't seem
to find a good explanation.  Can someone point me in the direction of a
good explanation as it affects radio waves?
