Re: No more IRCs?



I was going to say, many DXCC stations, even stateside, have an abundance of
IRCs from their incoming QSL's and as they are only worth ONE unit of
postage, will discount them to other hams who want to use them. You might
have to buy more than one, but $1.75 sounds expensive to me....
