[amsat-bb] CubeSat DNEPR-1 launch date now 26Jul06

Following up on Mineo Wakita's, JE9PEL, posting about the DNEPR-1 launch delay, CalPoly tells us the 
new launch date is 26Jul06.  The delay is caused by DNEPR deciding to swap out the entire launch 
vehicle.  All payloads are AOK.
