[amsat-bb] AO-7 - keeps on going...

Unfortunately had the first chance to work the old girl in many weeks 
- came up in Mode B, but no takers (04:40UTC this date).

She still works very well, copied my own signal 59+10 as she came 
over the horizon with only 2W out.  Where did every one go?
