Hi Nigel, G8IFF/KC8NHF
This is the problem ! Microsat built by the University of Surrey (SSTL)
are not carrying linear transponders for amateur radio and the head of
Amsat Uk is also the head of Surrey Satellite Technology Limited
developing and building the first succesfull satellite for the new european
Galileo positioning system using 1260 to 1300 MHz of the 23 cm amateur
band.
Read please:

Is this or not a conflict of interest ?
