[amsat-bb] 75.5 - 76 GHz Satellite Allocation Under Threat in UK

The UK Regulator Ofcom are proposing downgrading the 75.5-76GHz Amateur and 
Amateur Satellite Allocation from Primary to Secondary status.

There are holding an open consultation on the matter. The consultation is 
not restricted to UK citizens - anyone worldwide can respond.
