RE: Japan offering free rocket shots - CNN.com



Any chance AMSAT has enough spare parts from ECHO to build a quick ECHO
II? It doesn't mention the orbit but for a free ride, it should be worth
pursuing regardless of what type of amateur capability the satellite
has.
