So, we're assuming the specs on an illegal piece of equipment are accurate?
It wouldn't surprise me if the 8.5W is measured by the same folks that
produce 200 watt car stereo speakers for $19.95... for the pair.
But, if true, it's another aspect of illegality. Probably violates the RF
exposure limits...
