[amsat-bb] AO-51

Greetings to the group

For a week following May 8, AO-51 will be in higher power V/U FM repeat
mode. 

Would the regular users please reduce their use to allow new operators a
chance to use the satellite.

P.S. I have trouble getting in with 50 watts and a vertical.
