Hello!
Those russian voices are the part of telephone conversation. The problem is
known,-in Russia people often using long range cordless phones "Senao" (with
working range up to 150km!!!). Russian HAMs are in touch with this problem,
because somtimes these phones working in 2m band causing the interferences
to HAM radio. Sad to say, but until now it is nothing impossible to do with
those phones. Big country with big problems. Nothing cares about that, but
russian HAMs only....
