[amsat-bb] helix dish feeds available

Hello
I'm back at building and peddling these feed assemblies.  As a result of
selling these and another type helix antenna  I build I have been able to
donate a little over $200 to AMSAT for the next HEO.  Not a huge amount
but it all adds up.
