Thanks to everyone that responded. It appears to be something odd with 
the program as it was working just fine with my router and the older 
version and I have not changed anything other than loading the newer 
program. When I have a chance, I will try some other things. Maybe 
uninstall the new version and load the several year old one again.

The trigger program looks interesting (that a few recommended). But not 
going to pay for it just to see if it will fix the problem or not. Good 
suggestion though.
