Cute 1.7 constant carrier (was CUTE-1.7 over Copenhagen)

Confirming that Cute 1.7 (CO-56) is transmitting a constant carrier
at 16:21UTC when it was out over the Pacific ocean from just south of
Juneau, AK to about 300km NNW of Honolulu, Hawai`i. Strong carrier
but no CW TLM at all.

73,

Emily
