[amsat-bb] Cute-1.7 power trouble

Hello, all,

I'm Kazuya Konoue, from Cute-1.7(CO-56) operation team.

Now, Cute-1.7 + APD has serious power problem.
We think that onboard battery almost has run out.
Therefore, most of onboard devices seem to be turned off.
In addition, the carrier wave of CW beacon is now continuously
transmitted.
We are currently considering the solution...
If you can receive CW beacon, please let us know.

437.385MHz +- Doppler
