Thanks to the AO-51 Command Team/Operations Group for making a week long (17 APRIL to 24 APRIL) 38k4 packet session a reality!!

38k4 Digital Downlink, V/U, PBP BBS (Pacsat Broadcast Protocol BBS) 
    * Uplink: 145.860 mhz FM, 9k6 PBP 
    * Digital Downlink: 435.150 mhz FM, 38k4 PBP Digital 

I hope to test the new Icom PCR-1500 (well, actually, I guess I got the IC-R1500 version) out for 38k4 packet receive capabilities.  

Thanks again to the Team for giving us a variety of modes to enjoy!
