   Hi Emily,
Its quite possible that I am also seeing some oddities because I do have
Norton or Windows firewalls and or routers with firewalls on the many pc's
around here, plus I do block some ident ports and other things to improve
my security.
Sad to say that with so many worms, viruses, trojans and other little nasties
running around on the web not to mention the script kiddies and others that like
to come by and port knock just to see who is there that these steps are needed.

I'm sure by now you have seen my other post which explained why I was seeing
the page not presented correctly, sorry if this caused you any grief but it does
point out that not everyone runs with default settings, maybe a more browser
generic page might be better but that is of course your call.

P.S. Konqueror was KDE 3.5 on Slackware 10.1, but with so many versions
of browsers I realize its very hard to test all permeations
