I don't know as well who uses the space weather service that you
mentioned but for precaution I have relayed your letter to some radio
hams who are working in the radio astronomy  field.

For satellite and EME activity I find very important the following
page from NOAA wich I hope is not involved with the ACE satellite
fail.
