[amsat-bb] SATPC32 problem with maps

Thanks to all the responses in helping me get the problem fixed.  WA4SXM came
up with the problem of my ignorance;  not unzipping the map files in the
SATPC32 folder.    Stupid me though they were unzipped when the unzip comes up
when clicking on the 24 bit icon.

O well, learn something new everyday!!
