For sun and moon InstantTrack uses GHA i.e the Greenwich Hour Angle
and Declination like we did in nautical navigation using the Nautical
Almanac.

InstantTrack uptodate automatically the above parameters and they don't
need to be changed.

If you read the file ITMANUAL.pdf or txt for IT version 1.50 you will
see that the maximum error for the moon is approximately 0.05 degrees
more than good enough for moonbounce.

In addition the file SINCE100.txt says that version 1.50 has an improved
accuracy for the moon.

For the sun the accuracy is even better than for the moon.

I like InstantTrack very much and KB5MU did a great job not only in the
program itself but also for the file ITMANUAL wich is a valuable book
of astronomy for any amateur satellite user.
