[amsat-bb] Quakesat Over Argentina

Hi,

This is part of QuakeSat's telemetry ,of a lot frames, caught
this evening over Argentina at 03/11/06, 22:00 UTC.
Strong signal using 11 el ant. Date and time are incorrect from
the satellite.
