[amsat-bb] TINY-2 OT

Hi to the list,
sorry for the message OT.
I Own a Tiny-2 with enclosed the NB-96 card for the 9600 baud.
Every time I switch it on the three led named
PWR CON and STA
Lights on settled and the two named
CON and STA never goes off.
Looking with a terminal program, the tiny-2 seems that it does not
communicate with the PC.
If I take off and re put the power cable for 5 or 6 times,
The tiny-2 starts to work again.
Anybody can tell me what happens?
Any help will be appreciated
