[amsat-bb] CUTE-1 loud and clear

Copied CUTE-1 using Object C Keps during 0120 UTC pass over the west coast
of the USA. Frequency was 437.382 CW mode +/- doppler. Occasionally
reception was better using LHCP, but that could be my antenna system. Also
noticed more FM-ing on the CW note than before. Same telemetry as yesterday.
Antenna is a Oscar 10 vintage 7x7 Yagi and mast mounted SSB preamp.

Also monitored 437.505 for the 9600 baud packet for one minute, but nothing
heard, as expected.
